Arrrggghhh! Have you ever been let down by your web host?

Well we have! Weycrest have got to be the worst hosting company in the world. They operated 13 web servers which i would imagine hosted thousands of sites. Now only a few of the servers are actually operating. Leaving many customers high and dry!

After a few months of many problems towards the end of 2009 things went from bad to worse with Weycrest. Outages and frequent problems started to occur. We tried to contact them via phone and via email but guess what... NO REPLY.

I was almost glad that Mr Paul Lee didn't pick up the phone as the last contact I had with him was a rather insulting and snotty reply to my support request, which incidentally wasn't fixed! I can only say he is not a very nice man, his attitude towards customers has obviously lost him the majority of his business. I would imagine that Weycrest could be insolvent or even bankrupt.

The reason for me writing this post is to warn other people away from using Weycrest. Their billing system and order processing Website is online, but there is nobody home. This means that you could sign up for an account with Weycrest, and unfortunately never receive the hosting you pay for. Do not be fooled by the Weycrest Website. Do not part with a penny!

Avoid Weycrest at all costs! You will lose time, data and money.
