EA Games poor customer support for Lord of Ultima They stole my Money!

EA did not give me my diamonds

EA Games poor customer supporti for Lord of Ultima They stole my Money!

I am writing this article now as I have had problems with several transactions while purchasing diamonds for Lord of Ultima.

My card was charged 4 times in error and as I believed that my transaction had not gone through via debit card I used PayPal too. So in total they took 5 x £8.98 = £44.90.

I did not receive any diamonds at all for the transactions. I believe this is a problem that many other people have had too.

My steps to contact EA about my problem.

I have tried emailing technical support. I have sent 4 emails, none have been replied to.

I had a telephone number which was on the PayPal transaction but guess what... yes an invalid number.

I have used the forums, which i assumed would be a waste of time... and yes it was!

I have posted on the wall of EA games on Facebook, this was promising, as I had a reply at first but the follow up did not happen.

I opened a dispute via PayPal, they must have read my comments about the problems I have had but did not reply to it, rather just went through the motions of telling PayPal that it was an intangible item, and therefore not covered by buyer protection. Nice of them huh?

I have purchased many EA games over the years, and I am not saying EA make bad games at all. I love their games its just now I know the company does not care about its customers.

Lord of Ultima is at a stage now where I am close to winning the game, therefore I have to purchase ministers If I and my team mates werent so close to winning I would NEVER EVER buy another diamond. I would quit the game straight away.

I have spent hundreds of pounds on Lord of Ultima diamonds, you would think they would be at least a little bothered about a well paying customer, alas not!

So I urge you all to be very careful, Lord of Ultima is a very good game, but if there is a problem with a financial transaction you WONT get any help.
